Zenith Automotive received no less than 2 awards for their efforts in 'Supply' & 'Project Management'

We strive for high quality and this did not go unnoticed by Toyota. 


For our efforts in ‘Supply’ and ‘Development’, we received 2 awards from Toyota in recognition of our efforts.

We would like to thank Toyota because they keep us on our toes by questioning us and implementing quality controls. 


This creates constructive and instructive dialogues that allow us to further improve with new insights where necessary.


The continuous quality adjustment ensures an increase in the quality of our processes and products. The most important result is ‘a satisfied customer who receives products that meet their requirements’. 


And we want to go even further than that, preferably exceeding customer expectations. 


With the Awards and the recognition of our efforts as a company, our team already has a strong motivation to continue working towards these goals.


Construction of new OTM-zenith building officially started

The first stone, or rather pillar, sticks into the ground and so the start of our new building has begun. OTM-Zenith is building its future with its renovated offices and logistics center and has opted for the lively business park ‘West Gate’ in the Gossetlaan in Groot-Bijgaarden.

We have deliberately chosen to settle in the middle of a bustling business campus. In this way we want to achieve more cross-pollination and to be an attractive employer that pays attention to sustainable entrepreneurship. We also have a link with our new location, because the printing works of one of the largest Belgian newspapers used to be on these grounds. In this way, the site retains its foundation.


The building will be built in height so that we take up as little ground space as possible with a production capacity of more than 6000m2. This seems obvious, but it is quite an exercise to coordinate the logistics flow with production spread over 2 floors and this in the most efficient way possible. As a company, we therefore make enormous efforts to achieve this. The ground floor will mainly house the warehouse and the production of the license plate, while the printing activities will be on the first floor. The products are moved via elevator cabinets that are no less than 10 meters high.

At the same time, it is an obvious choice in the spirit of the times and in the context of our own ambition to pursue sustainable entrepreneurship as much as possible.

In addition, all company cars ordered from 2022 will be electric or hybrid, for which we provide infrastructure with charging stations, including public charging stations.

Because we also provide our own delivery route to and from our warehouse, it will also be a huge improvement for our customers and suppliers.

BEN building

Besides the fact that we organize ourselves in height, it will also be a BEN (almost energy neutral) building. For example, solar panels will be installed, rainwater will be recovered as much as possible and all office spaces will be fitted with climate ceilings for heating.

The building will also be constructed in a modular and circular manner, which means that material can be recycled or reused in the event of any renovations.

For the well-being of our employees, we will work with acoustic panels and soundproof windows. It will already be a vibrant workplace and at the same time a nice meeting place.

OTM-Zenith expects to move into the new buildings by the end of 2022, to start a fresh start in 2023.


OTM-Zenith receives sectoral quality label ‘Recognised Internship Company’

Great news, because for the first time we received the sectoral Q-label from GRAFOC as ‘Recognised Internship Company’. OTM-Zenith was proud to receive this label this week.

GRAFOC is the sectoral career fund of and for people in print media, with a focus on training, education and research. PrintmediaJobs and Internships is part of GRAFOC, aimed at those who work or want to work in the print media industry. 160 companies with graphic activities can now call themselves Erkens Internship Company.

“Internships offer opportunities for pupils, students, job seekers and your company!” according to PrintmediaStages. A statement that we fully support at OMT-Zenith.

We have therefore taken this seriously and have been focusing on this for some time, with the result that we have obtained official recognition as a valuable internship company through the label.

We now offer qualitative and diverse internships for course participants and students in the print media sector. By giving them good on-the-job training, we want to motivate them to become good at their job. We hope that it will give our trainees a lot of security in the labor market in the long term. In addition to our familiarity with the high quality, we also want to pass on important company values to them at the same time. Where we as a company like to make a difference to our interns. We accept them as a fully-fledged employee, in return we expect engagement, inquisitiveness and commitment. An attitude that will push them upward in the further career.

In this way we also contribute to increasing employment in the print media sector without compromising quality. Strengthening ties with schools is also an added value.

In a labor market where good workers are increasingly becoming a scarcity, it is also a win-win for our company to apply a high-quality internship policy. We sow so that we can enjoy a valuable harvest later on.

This takes time and is at the same time an instructive experience for us. The fact that we receive recognition for this is a great incentive and motivation to continue to focus on this. Thanks to all the godmothers and godparents who ensure the good guidance of these trainees.

Proud that we will have our label for the next 2 years, it will already have a prominent place in our company!
